1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned if they are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description provided.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and invoices.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Clearance or discounted items.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at help.urspace@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Our support team will verify eligibility and provide return instructions.
- A pickup will be scheduled, or you may be asked to ship the product back to us at your own cost (unless the item was defective/damaged).
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched.
- After dispatch, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
5. Exchange Policy
- Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. Customers are advised to return the item and place a new order.
