4. Order & Delivery

- Delivery timelines will be mentioned at checkout. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, logistics issues, or supplier delays.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection and approval of the returned product.
- Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After dispatch, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
